Is this topic duplicate to Error installing SDK Manager and maybe apt error when create os image for Drive Platform Targetfs?

the version of my PC’s ubuntu is 18.04，and my colleague had flashed the DRIVE Softwear10.0 to the target.

This is the first error i met,when i run the sdkmanager.

Is Apt is working fine on host? Please see if sudo -S apt-get update && sudo -S apt-get check is hitting any issue on host?
