error on jetson nano ubundu upgrade

I got this error when i try to run sudo apt-get update & sudo apt-get upgrade on jetson nano

this may be server issues, could you please try if you’re able to access that *.deb package from the linkage directly?
please also try again to update by including “–fix-missing” options.
