I entered my email address to log in to Omniverse Launcher, but the following error continues and is unresolved.
I’m not sure what the problem is.
@kyuwon0416 have you tried with other browser? i am just another user passing by - for the sake of troubleshooting, is it possible for you to upload your OV Launcher log as an attachment? you can find it here:

seems like there’s another user on Windows having the exact issue. adding here in case there’s a resolution -
I tried to solve it based on the link you sent, but it didn’t work yet.

we are still waiting on the mods/devs to provide appropriate guidance. there’s been three threads on this exact issue already, so i provided the link just in case if it’s mentioned there. as far as i know, it’s a new issue and hasn’t been addressed yet, but thanks for providing the log.
looking at the log, yours seem to be stating the same thing as the other user: “1.9.8 is downloaded and waiting to be installed after restart” as well as an error during token refresh. so the issue appears to be consistent, at least.
can you try to restart all services in the OV System Monitor (from your second screenshot) or log out of the OV Launcher and back in? i am wondering how we can force a token refresh.
I already tried restart all services in the OV System Monitor and logging out of the OV Launcher and back in, and I also shut down the computer and tried the same process. Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve the same problem.
Having the same problem here. Restarting services and the computer didnt work for me either. I keep getting this in the launcher logs:

i will ping someone on Discord tomorrow and see if i can escalate it to one of the NVIDIA devs.
You need to be running Launcher 1.9.8. If it does not self update, please uninstall it manually and re-install fresh from the Nvidia download page.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same error continues. However, while browsing the web, I found the “Launcher Cleanup Tool” below, and it was resolved by deleting it and reinstalling the new version of the Launcher.

It seems that an error occurred during the automatic update process. And the problem was that I didn’t know how to delete the program properly. Thank you for your help.

Is there any other way besides reinstalling?

Nothing requires reinstalling. Just make sure you update Launcher to the latest version of 1.9.8
@Robo_qq When I updated it, I continued to have problems, so I used the cleanup tool to delete it and then reinstalled it. So now it works without a problem.
