Fails to boot, i2c/eeprom issues

One of my Jetson boards is not behaving properly. When trying to run Jetpack 4.6.1 imaged to a microSD card, the jetson boots to a minimal terminal with a couple of error messages, see attached. I tried using recovery mode and the sdkmanager utility to flash 4.6.1 and 5.0.1. Version 5 would boot sometimes, version 4.6.1 would not boot. I believe the was an issue with the eeprom. After using i2cdump, I found that the CRC byte was incorrect, so I wrote the proper value to the eeprom. This still did not fix the issue.

Have you reflashed the board with sdkmanager after you update the eeprom?

Better dumping the boot log from the uart after you do a clean flash with the sdkmanager.

I was able to get the device to boot to Jetpack 4.6.1 by copying the values of the eeprom from another jetson xavier nx. The only original values I kept were the MAC addresses.
