First boot Jeston Xavier NX

I am unable to first boot Xavier NX the only thing that shows is LT4-ReadMe file when I open the folder on Windows 10 . I flashed my SD card on etcher and it was verified I am stuck.

and follow these instructions to boot your NX devkit?

Thank you for your reply. Is there a video with step by step instructions?
I have followed the instructions flash the SD card this is now four months and I am

very frustrated to the point of giving up.
