Hello,
I Can not get Xavier to open follow all the steps flash the SD Card(Samsung 32gb) and still no luck I have tried on Mac book, Pro, hp desktop, hp probook this is very frustrating
I have been to the community resource page and I did get some feed back and still can not open this device this is my second week of trying. Can someone on your support team walk me through this first boot process?

Hi,
Need to inform you some tutorial and debug tips first.
First, there are 2 methods to install driver package to NX.
- SDcard image
- Flash the board with ubuntu host through sdkmanager
Both method should work.
If you cannot boot up, then we need the boot up log from serial console.
