First configuration of the jetson nano with micro usb

Hi everyone
I have a small problem
I am just starting, I have the jetson nano with the sd card with the image and a micro usb, but I do not have a mouse and keyboard monitor (but cable hdmi yes)
I have searched the internet in a lot of places and I can’t find a way to do the basic configuration of jetson nano only with the micro usb cable, the hdmi and a laptop
someone knows if it is possible or impossible to make the configuration (the one that is done at the beginning) with what I have

Hi,
The release are with Ubuntu 18.04 and it requires to set up user/password at the first boot. IF you cannot do it, you may check FAQ
Q: I don’t have a monitor. How can I configure the user account/pwd?
