Flashed jetpack to sd card, but jetson nano is not booting

I have a jetson nano which I have already used with another SD card previously, I flashed the latest jetpack to another SD card and tried to boot.

It is taking a really long time (20 minutes), showing some FAILED messages and rebooting with the same issues.

I have attached the log (sorry I am using an image as typing the error messages would be time-consuming)

My SD card is a brand new sandisk 32 GB. I flashed the jetpack on a windows machine with Etcher following the steps from https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/learn/get-started-jetson-nano-devkit#write

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
