Full system freeze with nvidia 530/535 drivers

Running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, I received a kernel upgrade from 5.15 to 6.1.0 and unfortunately the system is now completely freezing while booting or logged in as long as nvidia proprietary drivers are installed. What could be the issue?

Neither 5.15 nor 6.10 kernels are able to boot, both freeze either while loading:

Or if I boot in safe mode first and ask the loading to continue, I will get to my GNOME login screen, but as soon as I login, it turns grey and freezes:

How can I go about debugging this?

dmesg output: dpaste: B5H4SKHXJ
journalctl output: http://dpaste.com/AYDJHM75E

I should mention that I do have nvidia docker packages installed, which seems to be in common with the issue experienced here.

It would seem the issue is not in nvidia drivers, but the gnome desktop. Installing the budgie desktop environment made the desktop load fine.
