This occurs even when just hovering the mouse with no apps open. There is no problem when it’s on on-demand mode where GPU usage is 0. Might have something to with fan speed?
Thank you.

Xorg logs report nvidia issues
65.339] (EE) NVIDIA(GPU-0): WAIT (2, 8, 0x8000, 0x0003e1b8, 0x0003e1c0)
while dmesg reports issues coming from the pcie bus where the amd gpu is connected to
[ 81.327208] pcieport 0000:00:08.1: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
Please check for a bios update. If that doesnt’t help, try upgrading the kernel using the liquorix ppa and maybe try setting kernel parameter pcie_aspm=off
None of the methods you have mentioned works. Probably have something to to with my machine not being a desktop or a driver bug or something.
Thanks nevertheless.
seeing you are on a ryzen and have tpm enabled from what i can tell from that nvidia bugreport log. you will eventually suffer from https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-410 depending on what uses your tpm or not. and ive yet to see an actual laptop vendor patch this. so i would disable it in bios if you can. obviously comes at the consequences of not having an tpm if you used it for encryption or similiar.
