Google Earth Pro (Desktop) - Crashing - Win 10 - Nvidia Quadro P500 30.0.15.1109 vs 30.0.15.1165?

Hi there! Adam here. Helpdesk and network admin for a small 60+ person civil engineering that uses Google Earth every day. In the last 2 weeks, lots of staff are having issues with Google Earth Pro (desktop) crashing multiple times to the point where it brings up the suggestion that your graphics card drivers are an issue, or to switch to DirectX rather than using OpenGL mode. When the app crashes it generates a .dmp report but not sure what to do with that. I’ve posted on the Google Earth forum but haven’t heard anything back so trying here.

OS Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000
System Model Lenovo 20LB0012US
Google earth 7.3.4.8248 - assuming 64 bit
Nvidia Quadro P500 30.0.15.1109

I’ve been updating the machines to Nvidia 511.65 → Driver Version 30.0.15.1165 which seems to help, but hasn’t resolved it for at least one staff member - but that staff member also already upgraded to Windows 11 so asked him to downgrade to Windows 10 to see if that resolves it.

Does anyone have experience troubleshooting Google Earth crashes?
Any recommended settings to optimize Google Earth reliability on machines with the Nvidia Quadro P500
