HLSL Shader model 6.7 support in visual studio 22 with RTX 3090

I have read several blogs/announcements that GPU work graphs (shader model 6.8) is supported on RTX 30 series. The RTX 3090 keeps failing in debug on any SM above 6.6. I shouldn’t have to enable windows developer mode for shader model 6.7 like I would for 6.8 should I ? latest stable DXC. latest stable Agility SDK. GDK PUBLIC.
