How Can I fix Nano failure?

When running normally with a mobile phone rechargeable batteries electronic support, which output through a mini-usb cable ，Nano goes down suddenly, and can NOT reboot while re-plugin usb power supply cable.

what can i do to fix this status ?

That macro-usb on my Nano payload board power supply could be broken-down, it’s can boot with power-supply through J25
