How can I get AS for Jetson AGX Orin from S.Korea?

I am using AGX Orin developer kit.
I just bought it a month ago but power is not turning on.
I think this depends HW issue and it needs AS.
How can I get AS for this in S.Korea?
I cannot find customer service in S.Korea…

Not sure you purchased from which distributor, if you believe that your Jetson product is defective, please contact the NVIDIA Customer Care team. We will help you troubleshoot your issue and process a replacement if it is found to be defective.

  1. Go to this link.
  2. Select the “Live Chat” option to chat online with one of our customer care agents.
  3. Enter your contact information.
  4. Select the “Jetson” from the product drop-down list.
  5. Submit the request.

I’ve already tried Live chat but when I enter Live Chat, it says “Sorry, we are currently unavailable”.
Is there working hour for this?

I’m not sure the support timezone is PST or CST, maybe try at late evening or early, sorry for that.

Official distributor in S.Korea is MDSTech(www.mdstech.co.kr).
Did you buy your product from mdstech?

No, I bought it from Amazon.com directly.

Then you’d contact NVIDIA directly instead of MDSTech.

Yes, that is why I asked in this forum since I couldn’t find any customer service e-mail.

Unfortunately, there is not AS policy about Jetson developer kits in domestic.
IF some problems are found in the developer kits when we but them, normally RMA will be opened not AS.
IF you buy that in domestic (official distributor), they do that service.
