How to let my nvidia nx work in 10W and gpu 1.1GHz and cpu 6 core?

i found i can change the nx power in jtop,but the gpu and cpu model also be affected.
is there some way to let power in 10W ,and gpu in 1.1GHz?

please check Supported Modes and Power Efficiency,
you may define a custom power mode, by adding a mode definition to nvpmodel configure file.
