In (JetPack 4.4 R32.4.3)，How to set Nano OTG USB as device mode

In (JetPack 4.4 R32.4.3)，How to set Nano OTG USB as device mode ? I want connect the Nano to HOST PC through usb cable. PC is the host and Nano is the device.

We have designed the hardware circuit board, so we don’t have to worry about the hardware design.

Please help me see how to solve it.
