Installation Issue with rtx 3060 on ubuntu 20.04

Hello I am not able to install a MSI rtx 3060 graphic card on ubuntu 20.04.

I get the below error when I issue the following command: nvidia-settings

(nvidia-settings:2791): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 16:23:33.572: g_object_unref: assertion ‘G_IS_OBJECT (object)’ failed
** Message: 16:23:33.855: PRIME: No offloading required. Abort
** Message: 16:23:33.855: PRIME: is it supported? no

Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated
