Is Flashing Xavier AGX possible with Window Subsystem for Linux WSL2

Currently only having Surface Pro laptop at work, needing to flash the Xavier AGX. Would it be possible to set up WSL 2 and flashing my Xavier from there?

Thanks.

So far as I know, even if you had a lot of knowledge and patience, WSL will not work. WSL does not support loopback, which is mandatory. A full VM could work, but this will probably need extra knowledge to make the USB work correctly (and I don’t even know what kind of USB a Surface Pro supports). VMs are never officially supported due to the USB side.

I had success flashing my Xavier-AGX with a Ubuntu-VM running in Virtualbox on a Mac. During setup/flashing the AGX reboots several times and you need to watch this carefully and reconnect the USB port in Virtualbox quickly before SDK-manager times out.

For WSL (1 or 2, doesn’t matter in this case), USB devices aren’t exposed to the guest. As such, this is not possible.
However, I can endorse what @dkreutz said, I reflashed my Xavier from my Mac w/ a VirtualBox VM in the past just fine.
