Hello,
The last couple days my monitor (samsung 223bw) has started to flicker on start up, have to shut it off an on several time before it will stay on. My system has the two plugs digital an anolog. I am running in digatal so tried plugging into to analog an no problem. Have a 8500 Gt 1gb DVI/HDTV PCI express card. So I am not certain if it is the card or monitor giving me problems or bad cable. Any help would be appreciated.

All these settings should be on you monitor:
Try reset monitor [maybe a auto button] degaze [ thats when your diasplay shakes. Check if 60hz. Reverse dvi cable if possible.
