Hi. It might take some time while loading the thumbnails on the Isaac Assets browser.
Please provide the steps of which assets are load and the full log file if you get a crash.
The assets browser and the /NVIDIA folder in Nucleus is pointing to the same assets in the Cloud. Using the NVIDIA folder, reading the assets can be cached if Cache is installed. However, opening a USD file from the Assets browser will read the file directly from the Cloud.
