To opt-in set the OMNI_ENV_PRIVACY_CONSENT environment variable when running the container. Set the OMNI_ENV_PRIVACY_USERID environment variable tag the telemetry data with a user ID.

yes, follow the command in the doc, crashed
delete the line -e "PRIVACY_CONSENT=Y" \, crashed again
