JetPack 4.4 headless setup broken

Hi tvai,

The oem-config is working on r32.4.2 SDCARD image on Nano.

  1. Using Etcher tool to flash r32.4.2 image on sdcard
  2. Plug-in micro-sd and power jack (J25) and micro-usb (J28) and jumper (J48) on Nano
  3. After power on the device, check host machine:
    $sudo picocom -b 115200 /dev/ttyACM0
    → start oem-config setting.
