JetPack-L4T-3.1-linux-x64.run can not down files when flashing the TX2

It works OK a few day ago
JetPack-L4T-3.2-linux-x
64_b196.run the same， is there anything wrong!

The web cannot paste picture, so I describe the phenomenon；

When run JetPack-L4T-3.1-linux-x64.run, it start ok, when come to the “JetPack L4T Component Manager” interface, it show nothing! A few minutes later, the interface show “Error”

The JetPack can’t work in China is an known issue, and we’re fixing this server problem now.
