Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer kit Quectel 5G Module Compatibility

As a part of a project, I would like to utilize Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit with 5G submodule Quectel RM500Q-AE.

On the following website of Quectel, it is stated that these Jetson Developer Kits come with a Quectel’s 5G RM500Q module (https://www.quectel.com/quectel-nvidia-jetson-platform).

On the other hand, here is stated that there is a requirement to use an external shield (RMU500EK) to be able to interface the developer kit with a 5g module (Is AGX ORIN compatible with 5G?)

Additionally, if the developer kits are already equipped with the Quectel 5G Submodule, where can I purchase them with the correct 5G module?

Hi,
By default our AGX Orin developer kit does not have the module. If you need to develop your use-case on the basis of the moduel, please get in contact with the vendor. They may have a full setup with hardware and software ready.
