I have executed headless mode using putty. I am able to connect to my Jetson nano 2gb with a Desktop computer. I am able to execute programs via headless mode. However, when I run a program, importing cv2. I am getting the following warning error messages:
GTK-WARNING: cannot open display.
Please note the same program works perfectly in non headless mode

Please share more information about your setup. By default the Jetpack release enables display. If you would like to run Jetson Nano developer kit without display, you may need to disable the display part in device tree and rebuild/reflash kernel image.
