Some how i crashed the OS. I have re-imaged the SD card. That did not fix the issue. When I power up the NVIDIA logo does come up. a few rows of error messages come up very quickly and the scree starts flickering before I can get the error code numbers. After re-imaging the SD card and that did not help, I powered down. Removed the SD card and powered the Jetson back on. it did the same thing without the SD card installed. Is there something else that I need to do to re-image the OS for the Jetson Nano?
You have to use sdkmanager from another x86 ubuntu host PC to flash the whole Jetson board.
Sdcard actually didn’t reflash the bootloader on the board at all.
Also, just to clarify again. Orin Nano and Jetson Nano are far different things.
You filed this topic in Orin Nano forum. Make sure that is correct or not.
Thank you.
I missed the Orin part. It is a Jetson Nano. I will see if I am successful with using the sdkmanager…

Note: Ordinary Nano (not Orin, not Xavier) can use L4T R32.x (which implies JetPack/SDKM 4.x):
https://developer.nvidia.com/linux-tegra
JetPack/SDKM is a flash software frontend, L4T is just what gets flashed (it is Ubuntu with NVIDIA drivers). I mention this because Xavier and Orin Nano use vastly different releases.
Ok. I’ve moved this post to Jetson nano forum. Please try sdkmanager first.
Thank you. I will hopefully get time today to try it…
Incidentally, a new R32.x released today. Double check that L4T table if you downloaded yesterday.
