Jetson Nano Won't Boot - No input signal on the monitor

My Jetson Nano is configured to boot using the UW MuSHR system image, which was flashed onto a 128GB Samsung UHS-I Card. I have put a pin jumper on the J48 header in order to use a 5V 5A barrel jack to power the board and peripherals.
Upon powering the board with the barrel jack, a green power light turns on and the peripherals (when plugged in) show that they were powered. However, the monitor displayed a ‘no signal’ message and the boot screen never appeared.
I have connected an HDMI cable from the board to 2 separate monitors to see if it was a monitor issue. I have tried multiple HDMI & HDMI/DP cables.

Is this a hardware issue that would require me to request an RMA? Please help me diagnose and troubleshoot this issue.

LC
