Jetson nano Xavier compatibility

We made our own carrier board and we experienced the same problem as the thread below because we had a mixture of Rev A02 and B01 boards. They are not pin for pin compatible. Our intention is to move to Xavier SOM.

Will Xavier SOM be pip for pin compatible with Jetson Nano Rev B01 ?
Will Xavier SOM have changing pinouts as well ?

Yes, the Xavier NX module can work with Jetson Nano B01 carrier board.
