This board was working fine but now, the displayport is no longer output video. I’ve plugged it into multiple monitors, same issue. I have reimaged the board - this time, I am seeing a docker error during installation which should not affect display output. Out of the 20+ times, I have imaged, I’ve never seen this Docker error before.
I plugged in serial console and can see it boot. Attached are some logs. dmesg.txt (52.6 KB) lspci.txt (3.1 KB) Xorg.0.log (17.7 KB)
Xorg.log shows DFP-0: disconnected and DFP-1: disconnected
Not sure what this means in dmesg:
[ 18.946821] nv_platform 13800000.display: [drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes
I have reimaged the board as stated in my original post. I just plugged in another NVMe drive which has a working image and still did not see any video. I also plugged the “bad image” NVMe into another board and the video is displayed leaving me to believe it is definitely a hardware issue.
Please try to use sdkmanager to flash. I don’t feel your method to reflash the board is really the “full flash”. If you never used sdkmanager before, then it is highly possible that it is not full flash.
You can RMA once we’ve confirmed this situation won’t recover after flashed with sdkm.
