I am experiencing an issue with my Jetson Orin Nano, which is not booting despite plugging in the power and connecting it to an HDMI display. I recently flashed a new SD card with the appropriate JetPack version, but the problem persists. The fan is rotating, and the LED is blinking, indicating some activity, but there is no output or boot sequence visible. I tested the SD card on another system, and it works fine, so the issue does not appear to be with the card itself. I am concerned that the firmware on the Jetson Orin Nano might be corrupted. Could you please advise on whether this is likely the case and provide steps to recover or reset the firmware to resolve the issue? This is a critical and urgent matter.
in my serial monitor i see this can anyone suggest me how can i resolve it as soon as possible I/TC: Reserved shared memory is disabled

Hi,
If you want to reset the firmware, you could find the physical ubuntu 20.04 not a virtual machine(e.g VirutalBox, VMware) and install sdk manager to flash whole device.
Also, Some questions to confirm:
- Is this Jetson Orin Nano a new device?
- Have you successfully boot your device?
- What is your Jetpack Version?
Thanks
No, I recently changed my location, and it’s my old Jetson Orin Nano. When I connect it to my monitor, I can’t see any display. I have JetPack version 6.0 installed.
Hi shivshankarrao696,
I have JetPack version 6.0 installed.
I assume you have flashed the new JetPack 6.0 SD card image on your SD card and now you cannot boot your Jetson Orin Nano with it.
Would you be able to tell me what happens when you try to boot with SD card flashed with the old JetPack 5.1.3 SD card image (jp513-orin-nano-sd-card-image.zip
)?
Do you see the NVIDIA logo boot splash screen?
Do you see a blinking cursor at the left top on the black screen after the splash screen?
The following page guides the process of updating Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit’s firmware so that it can boot with the latest JetPack 6.x SD card.
It has the associated walk-through video, so I should be able to help you if you can tell me where your observation deviates from what’s documented here.
