Jetson Orin Nano Carrier design & RTS5411S USB 3.x HUB Hardware Design

Hello,
Here are the questions I would like to ask:

1、After the module P3767 is successfully started and entered into the system, does the module configure the USB HUB chip?
2、On your official carrier design, why add an SPI FLASH chip to the USB HUB chip? What does it do? Is it okay not to use FLASH?

My carrier board design is based on your official carrier board design schematic, but now there is a problem: the HUB chip RTS5411S supplies normal power after the carrier board is successfully powered on, and there is no hot, I used a multimeter to measure the chip and make sure the voltage of all the power pins was normal.
While when P3767 enters the system, RTS5411S will rapidly heat up within 1-2 seconds, the temperature is as high as 87℃, and USB cannot be used.

Please help me solve this problem. If you need me to provide the hardware design schematic, please contact me via email: liufan@sendhui.com

The following are all the connection pins of HUB chip RTS5411S and module P3767:

The USB HUB on P3768 board is RTS5420. If you want to use same HUB on your board, you should fully copy the design in P3768_A04 schematic including SPI flash. Otherwise please check with vendor for your custom design. We don’t support to review that for customer.

Thank you for your reply!
1、I still want to make sure whether the HUB chip can be replaced with other models of chips?
2、Is there an executable file in the SPI flash? If so, how do I get it?

The reason for using RTS5411S is that I also noticed that the carrier HUB chip of the P3448 module I used was RTS5411S, and there was no FLASH chip.

As said, you should check with vendor for RTS5411 on eFuse setting if no SPI flash.

OK,thank you
