Hi,

Regarding the IBIS models & S-Parameters files for the Jestson Xavier:
Do the S-parameters models include the Tigra BGA itself (meaning from the die to the ball), Molex connector, PCB layout?
If not, can you supply the missing S-parameters?

I have several of connections, and I want to understand if I’m correct:

  1. Directory UPHYx8 includes package, includes PCB layout, includes connector?
  2. Directory UPHY missing package, includes PCB layout, missing connector?
  3. Directory USB3 includes package, includes PCB layout, missing connector?
  4. Directory CSI missing package, includes PCB layout, missing connector?
  5. Directory DP_HDMI includes package, includes PCB layout, missing connector?

How can I get missing files?
It’s very important I’m a few days before production.

Hi, yes as listed in file, no connector included except UPHYx8 as they are for PCB layout from package (ball of chip) to connector pin, customer should choose their own connector and add the parameter of connector to do simulation.

Hi, the models cover the SoC package and module routing, but not the module connector.

Just to make sure - although in the file itself it not understood it takes into account the package - it probably is? it’s not understood from the naming convention.
