The error seems to be coming from the sensor of a USB video device using the generic USB Video Class (“UVC”) driver. Can you disconnect that device and see if it still fails? Is there something custom about that camera (the driver is standard, I’m thinking about the camera’s hardware or firmware)?

Actually, I can see below log even normal case.
uvcvideo: Failed to query (GET_CUR) UVC control 1 on unit 3: -32 (exp. 1024).

But, I saw the below log first time and I wonder when and why it happens.

And I hope to know if it can make a kernel oops.

This looks like a USB error, one specific to the USB device. Can you provide details on the USB video device this is naming? Do other USB devices work on that port if the video device is not connected?

Looks like it is a custom board. If yes, please share USB lane napping on the board. Seems to be a USB type A port?
And is it specific to RealSense D435? Or can be observed with any USB3 camera?

Yes, It is custom board. using USB type A.
RealSense D435 was used for the board where the issue occurred.
It is being tested again to happen an issue, but no issue has occurred.

If the error is not always reproducible, please tell us the error rate
Try to reproduce same issue on NV devkit if possible.

Also, we don’t think this issue is due to USB or UVC drivers themselves. It look like failed when getting the driver fops or something else but we could not tell you more til you provide more information.

In brief, we need to know what process you are trying to kill.
