Issue Description

  1. I see these different partitions. Trying to understand the intention behind such a partitioning.

vblkdev0 252:0 0 26G 0 disk
└─vblkdev0p1 252:1 0 26G 0 part /
vblkdev1 252:32 0 256M 0 disk
vblkdev2 252:64 0 116G 0 disk
└─vblkdev2p1 252:65 0 116G 0 part
vblkdev3 252:96 0 1G 0 disk
vblkdev20 252:640 0 256K 0 disk
vblkdev21 252:672 0 200M 1 disk
vblkdev22 252:704 0 256K 1 disk
vblkdev30 252:960 0 3.5M 0 disk
├─vblkdev30p1 252:961 0 1M 0 part
├─vblkdev30p2 252:962 0 1M 0 part
└─vblkdev30p3 252:963 0 1M 0 part
vblkdev50 252:1600 0 10G 0 disk

  1. Given ORIN diskspace is supposed to be 256GB, I don’t see this adding up to 256. What am i missing?
  2. I would like my root to be as large as possible. In the above case if i can extend to include 116G from vblkdev2 that’d be desired. (How) can i do this?

Dear @ashwin.alapakkamkannan ,
Please see if How to mount all areas of eMMC and UFS under Linux helps to clarify.

Dear @ashwin.alapakkamkannan ,
Could you please provide any update?

Thanks! does this mean we can use only116G and no workaround? If so, I understand the reasoning and this can be closed
