Hello,

You would need a host PC running Ubuntu (18.04) with some tens of GB disk available and install there SDK Manager. You would need a NVIDIA developer account. Then, use sdkm for downloading, flashing OS and install NVIDIA packages into your Jetson.
Thank you. Yes I am using an Ubuntu host now with SDK Manager 1.8.1.10392. When I use the SDK Manager it goes smoothly until it hits the FLash Jetson Linux step. It stays at 46.08% in bottom for the last almost an hour, stuck at the Flash Jetson Linux Xavier NX Flashing 99% at that line. Is it supposed to be this slow for the flashing (the SDK Manager asked twice if I wanted to stop because it was taking longer than expected, I selected continue). But it has not changed. Is this normal or is something wrong if it takes this long? Thank you again.
I did insert and SDCard, the jumper on pins 9 and 10, booted system waited a few minutes removed jumper (board still powered on) and selected Flash on SDK Manager. Is there a minimum size for SDCard that should be used? Or should it take a long time (i.e., > 1 hour)?
Sorry for the late response, have you managed to get issue resolved or still need the support? Thanks
Hi No. Thank you for responding. What do you suggest?
For flashing the latest JetPack, the Ubuntu 20.04 should be no issue by using the latest SDK manager.
Could you try with other USB cable?
Hi tammynoergaard,
Please try download the latest JP-5.0.2 NX sdcard image from: JetPack SDK | NVIDIA Developer
And using Etcher tool to flash SD image.
