Hi Matrix Lee,

I don’t really think you need it.

Why do you thing you need it for?

After I reimage the switch, there is flash green light of the system status(does not change to solid green after boot into OS ). I am trying to get into the u-boot command prompt to see if I can recover the fault.

no matter what is the issue - uboot won’t help.

Can you provide more details what exactly you did?

how did you re image?

You’ve installed 3.3.4304 or 3.4.3002

I see you are getting Console prompt so where the switch getting an issue?

Hi Lee,

Let me know if it’s still relevent as I saw you opened a ticket ( I believe it’s you as it’s the same questions) with our support team.

Thank you for following up, I have contacted the Mellanox support team. They suggested me upgrading the mlnx-os with intermediate versions prior to upgrading to the latest.

I am trying this out. Hopefully this can solve the problem.

Did the down grade to 3.2.0330-100 last night, the management module still not detected. Will try the next version of 3.3.4100 today.
