Missing liboptix.so for Optix/3DGrut

This library is required at build time, but so far could not be found anywhere. We initially tried on Jetson Orin AGX, but apparently Optix library hasn’t been updated for Jetpack 6.x which is why 3DGrut couldn’t be installed on the Orin, even ducker container for 3dgrut exists

Then tried on Windows with RTX 4090, but yet to no avail, liboptix.so could not be found.

I have running on GH200.
Devices based on SBSA have optix.

About 4090 or rtx, you have to put all compute capabilities to docker access for drivers and optix
