I want to animate a camera flight through a scene with the Curve Editor Extension and when adding a key frame (with a selected camera), I get seven curves, namely x, y, z, scale (x, y, z) and visibility.
How can I add the three curves for the orientation?
i don’t have OV in front of me, but have you already tried to right click on the rotation values in property/detail panel and set keys there as opposed to doing it via the curve editor?
I get this context when I right-click in one of the orientation components. All key-functions are disabled. Is there a way to somehow lock these functions and I first have to remove such a lock? (I found the last entry “lock” in the menu, but ‘unlock’ has no effect)
I found a way to solve this:
First, right click on the orient and ‘Delete’ it, then right-click on your object/camera in the ‘Stage’ and ‘Add’->‘TransformOp’->‘Rotate’. This replaces the ‘orient’ with ‘Rotation’ and now moving the camera changes the rotation and this can be added to the Curve Editor.
If you create a new camera from ‘Camera’->‘Create from View’ in your viewport, the new camera directly only has a Rotation.
