I make a camera animation in composer. When I close the program, I open it again but the animation does not appear.
That is very strange. I cannot account for you losing work in Composer. You are saying you animate a camera and it works, but when you reload the file, there is no animation attached to the camera ? I do not see how this is possible if you are saving your work.
I would ask you for your usd file but if it is coming up empty I have not idea.
Start with a completely empty scene and animate a simple two keyframe object. Does that save ? Then animate a simple camera. Does that save ? Find out more details.
