DGX Spark received day before.
Device powers on but exposes no interfaces.
No Wi-Fi SSID broadcast, Ethernet does not connect, USB-C only supplies power (no data device detected on laptop).
There is no hard reset option and no LEDs on this model.
Initial setup failed during firmware update and device is now inaccessible.
Please confirm if this is a DOA / bricked unit requiring RMA.
Can you connect a monitor and a wired keyboard and mouse? This would let us clearly observe what happens during PON.
I connected a monitor to the DGX Spark and there is no display output at all during power-on.
– There is no video output
– No Wi-Fi SSID
– No Ethernet connectivity
– No USB data interface
the device does not appear to reach a usable PON state.
As this unit has never functioned on first power-on and exposes no recovery interface, I believe this confirms a DOA condition.
Please proceed with RMA or replacement.
