No LEDs, no fan ramp, but my network switch does show connectivity with the Spark. This is the second Founders Edition that I have received. The first was returned for the same reason. Using ChatGPT to troubleshoot, it appears that the power brick may be the culprit.
Note that the Spark doesn’t have any LEDs, and without drawing much power, you also might not hear it spinning up. Have you tried connecting a display to it, possibly even a TV?
@czankel Yes, I have attached a monitor as well as a laptop, via HDMI and USB-C. I am under the impression that the dashboard should open when powered on, and nothing is happening.
You should at least see some output on the monitor connected via HDMI to the Spark. Power should be connected to the specific USB connect, but I’m assuming you have done that.
When you first boot up, you should see output to connect keyboard and mouse.
Hi @johnnym, were you able to recover your Spark? If not, you can reach out to NVIDIA Customer support for an RMA NVIDIA DGX Spark Support
