DGX Spark getting no power after update

After updating firmware, my DGX Spark unit no longer has power and is not turning on at all.

no fan sounds nor power to usb connected keyboard. No power so, can’t perform recovery.

any help will be appreciated..

And why is the “submit button” on return page on the marketplace being grayed out?

If you cannot power the unit on at all please reach out to customer support for return/replacement
