I have plugged IN DGX Spark but its not switchin ON . It was working fine before .
I used this device almost 2 months back and for almost 1 month it was completely powered off without any cables . Now when I tried to power on , its not working .
Adapter is getting power , I checked that , which means device is getting electricity but no sign of working , No lights , No sound of fan , rather not starting at all.
Can anyone please guide me to make it functional back ?
I had a similar problem recently which was, embarrassingly, resolved by pressing the power button a little longer/firmer. Supplying power alone doesn’t boot the device.
I pressed power button more than 60 seconds
Is there anything output on the HDMI port?
If feasible, please connect a monitor and wired keyboard and mouse to the unit. This allows us to see PON messages, if any.
If it turns out PON is indeed failing, then please reach out to my colleagues at NVIDIA DGX Spark Support as RMA may be appropriate.
