Hello,

We are facing an issue right after flashing AGX with DRIVE OS 5.2.6 coming from DRIVE SW 10.

Before the first boot, we followed the instructions using the serial port connection as described in
https://docs.nvidia.com/drive/drive-os-5.2.6.0L/drive-qsg-dz/install-with-sdkm-drive/index.html#finalize-system

Our major problem now is that we cannot get an IP so we don’t have internet access. Without internet access we cannot install ssh or gdm3, as instructed in the document.

During the booting process we noticed two errors:

[FAILED] Failed to start Wait for Network connected to WWW to be Configured…
See ‘systemctl status nv_networkd_wait_online.service’ for details

Later on, we also get an error about Marvel:

Unable to get the current switch firmware version
Please also check the ethernet interface provided
Current ethernet interface used is: eth0.200
Try running with sudo if not already
Could not get the current firmware version.
Updation failed.

Could you please advise how we can configure the network?

Thanks

Dear @ltsochat,
Could you check if Cannot login to nvidia@DRIVE AGX helps?

We managed to fix the reported problems.
They were due to the DRIVE AGX failing to obtain an IP from our DHCP server.
Thanks.
