With the change to Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) Exemption 15, we are introducing two new Tegra K1 processors with Copper Bump that is compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
These new Tegra K1 SKUs (CD575M-C-A1 and CD575MI-C-A1) with Copper Bump have been created due to the change in EU RoHS regulatory requirements which will restrict shipments of existing Tegra K1 SKUs (CD575M-A1 and CD575MI-A1) with Eutectic Bump starting Feb 25, 2020.
