After flashing my Jetson (again) it all boots up alright, but now there is no USB keyboard / mouse functionality . Tried all USB ports, USB hub, unplugged all , trying to eliminate a clash or something … etc…
I dunno man - you just cant win with this thing …always something…
just one more observation - when you hard reboot the unit - the keyboard light comes on (briefly) during start-up… but then just turn off when booted into the OS…
Are you using Jetson Nano or AGX Orin?
Which JetPack SW?

Could you follow this page to use the micro usb port on your Orin AGX (I assumed this is NV devkit) and dump out the serial log of boot?
I would like to use the log to check why USB is not working.

Okay -may need to find and source a micro-USB cable (I got a converter to plug into my notebook - but it’s is not picking up any /dev/ttyACM* devices…
If your “converter” means a USB-TTL cable, then that is for Orin Nano/NX to dump log.
For a Orin AGX, the devkit already integrated that kind of adapter in the micro usb port. So only need to use micro usb cable to dump log.
I just want to clarify that did you flash successfully or not?
It seems you just keep filing or posting new items out and the status seems to be different every time.
For example, it seems your flash attempt is failed again.
Hi, the flash went through with UI but failed with the text version. I will attempt both options again today and post the post-flash status/symptoms/errors, issues, screenshots etc.
Thank you again for the assistance.. I’m sure we will get this unit operational again today.
