Even with a fresh install, even upon starting Isaac Sim I can’t get any visuals. I don’t have this issue with USD Compose. I’m running an MSI Titan GT77 HX 13V with an RTX 4090. Is there just some default setting I need to change?
@bireland are you getting no visual in the viewport or none of the UI elements were present?
Thanks for the response! No visuals in the viewport.
do you mind providing the most recent log from Composer? you can find it in the path below:
- Windows -
C:\Users\%username%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Isaac-Sim
- Linux -
~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Isaac-Sim
the Nvidia devs would get a better sense of the whole context.
@Simplychenable Absolutely. Here is what I’m getting from Isaac.
@Simplychenable The first Warning pertains to GPU 1, which is listed below:
is it possible for you to disable the second GPU that’s not the RTX card and try again? also, uploading the .log file in your response would be ideal.
if that doesn’t work, feel free to take a look at the driver requirement for Issac doc for Windows and see whether downgrading drivers would help.

That’s the current log for Isaac Sim! I really appreciate the help!
the next thing to try is either disabling the Intel UHD Graphics inside of the Device Manager or downgrade the RTX driver to match the recommended version for Issac Sim, which is 527.37.
