Nvidia Licence server slow

I am wondering is people experience problems with the Nividia Licence server GUI. It seem to be very slow. When pressing the button Licenced Feature usage. it is not even appearing.

It licening is working fine currently.

We use version: 2018.10.0.25098346

VM has 4 CPU 8GB on RAM.
