Nvme boot support on Jetson Xavier NX

Hi

From Jetson Xavier NX cboot log:

It seems Jetson Xavier NX has already supported nvme(M.2 SSD) directly from cboot, right?
I checked dts file: JetPack_4.5_Linux_JETSON_XAVIER_NX/Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader

How to change the default boot order from Nvme (M.2 SSD)?

I tried to follows url steps:
https://elinux.org/Jetson/L4T/Boot_From_External_Device#Use_NVMe_.2B_Xavier_NX_as_example

to enable NVMe boot,
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc external

However, it still boot from sd cards and system hang at boots up.

if I only flash SD/MMC, everything seems good. 
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc mmcblk0p1
