I have SD version module. It does not have EMMC.
I installed JP5 to NVME. After it i installed JP4.6 to SD.
If i removed SD, then no boot happened.
Now i want switch back to NVME.
And after it i will switch back to SD again.
How i can do it?

There is no way to do this because the bootloader software is on the QSPI of the module and only one version can be used on that.
The jp5.0 bootloader is UEFI but the jp4.x bootloader is cboot. We don’t have a cross version test.
Which means only UEFI can support jp5.0 image and only cboot can support jp4.x. Thus, what you want to do is not possible. Even if you boot up, we cannot guarantee the functionality.
Ok. Can i reflash QSPI every time before using certain storage?
I think the real problem here is the version. But not certain storage.
If you want to boot cross version on same board, then it is not practical. I mean you would need to reflash every time but due to the flash time, I would say nobody would want to try that.
If your NVMe and SD are both using same version, then it is possible. No need to flash.
Ok. May be i can reflash some partitions on NVME to make it bootable?
If in sdkmanager i uncheck flash device, will it repair boot issue?
I do not want to erase all data on NVME/SD.
It is a complicated situation and not able to directly give a solution.
We don’t know what kind of “cannot boot” is it. I mean this statement is just like someone tells you “my computer crashes”. You would know that possible root cause could be various… Thus, please dump the uart log from your board when this “cannot boot” situation happened so that we can find out what is going on.
If the error is coming from the root filesystem, then you may only flash the board (sd/nvme) to recover it. However, if it is some bootloader crash on the QSPI, then we can still save it by flashing qspi only.

I do not want to erase installed JP5 from NVME. How to init boot from NVME?
Please remove nvme from your device and flash your board with sdkmanager + jetpack5 first. After that, plug your nvme back… And share log.
You better use another empty sdcard in this step because it will erase the data too…
